  • Our Program is currently exclusively for Ross Park students for 2026

  • We are expecting to commence the first day of term 2, tuesdsy the 14th of April

  • To join our program parents must first have completed the full enrollment form. (This is relatively easy and takes roughly 5 minutes to submit)

  • Once completed there are several additional documents we will need to send you. The sooner we commence this process the easier it will be to complete the enrollment.

  • We need to organise and connect ChildCare Subsidy(CCS) to our service, and this is easiest done over the phone. It’s often a case of log in here>click there.

  • The government will pay up to 85% of fees once done

    General guides

  • We are strictly limited to only 45 spaces so please book early.

  • We do accept casual bookings if there is space.

  • We use the MyXplor Home app to manage bookings, fees, attendance and to share photos - link on previous page.

  • We require families to present to our educators and sign out using the QR code in the app when collecting children.

  • New or additional people can be added using the app in less than a minute by the primary carer. When doing this parents must additionally notify us and give us consent via text message or a phone call of the intended change to who is collecting children.

  • We require families to notify us if their planned attendance changes. This is easy and can be managed in the app.

  • Everyday we share a fruit platter and talk about our day, before going outside to play and participate in learning activities.

  • Accounts are paid weekly and kept up to date.

  • Cancellation up to 24 hours prior to booking
